Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of piping and fixtures
Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to meet project specifications
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project activities effectively
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and efficiently on-site
Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially during remodeling or renovation projects

Requirements

Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe threading, welding techniques, and schematics reading
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks in a construction environment
Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic mechanical principles related to plumbing installations
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for precise work execution
Construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
Valid driver’s license suitable for commercial driving if required for transporting materials or equipment
Additional handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus
