Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including residential and commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service and repairs
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Conduct inspections of electrical systems and components to identify hazards or defects
Communicate effectively with homeowners and collect payments and job details on-site
Utilize hand tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues
Perform installations as required by project specifications
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
Keep a clean and organized service truck and maintain a fully stocked inventory in the truck
Request customer reviews and deliver excellent service

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Must own a personal vehicle for transportation to and from the work truck pick up site.
Own hand tools and basic power tools
Strong communication and customer service skills are a must
Must be able to make upgrade and installation recommendations to customers

Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)

Journeyman License or equivalent certification
Experience with panels, generators and EV chargers
Background in performance-based pay and/or service sales
Live in Palm Beach county is a plus

Performance-based pay + hourly base ($36,000 - $60,000 Per year)
