As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

Position Summary: The Lead HVAC Installer will oversee residential and/or commercial installation projects, ensuring systems are installed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to guiding a team of installers and apprentices. Competitive starting salary based on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead installation projects for HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and related equipment.
Supervise and mentor junior installers/apprentices, ensuring work is performed accurately and efficiently.
Review job plans, blueprints, and specifications before starting projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and company policies.
Perform system start-ups, testing, and customer walkthroughs.
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC installation residential experience.
Valid HVAC license/certification.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry best practices.
Proven leadership experience or supervisory skills preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA certification required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
