Job Title: Fire Alarm Technician/Programmer

Overview:
NSG Life Safety seeks qualified Fire Alarm Technicians/Programmers to join our expanding team. We specialize exclusively in the commercial market, focusing on high-end systems. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals seeking top compensation and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, maintain, and repair fire and security systems according to industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver seamless project execution and customer support.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on system operations and maintenance.
- Document all service and installation activities thoroughly for record-keeping and regulatory purposes.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire Alarm system installation and programming is required.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting various fire and security system platforms.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic, client-focused environments.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA, and travel as needed for client assignments.
