Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and the ability to work on a range of projects, from residential renovations to commercial builds. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Perform frame carpentry including walls, floors, and roofs.
Install cabinets, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Conduct water damage restoration work as necessary.
Execute metal stud framing for interior walls.
Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to specifications.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills

Proficiency in using power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns.
Strong knowledge of hand tools including chisels, hammers, and measuring devices.
Experience with plastering techniques is a plus.
Ability to install fixtures accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with door hanging procedures.
Competence in water damage restoration processes.
Solid understanding of framing techniques for both wood and metal structures.
Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
