Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Low Voltage, must be a highly organized professional with a strong focus on safety and providing quality service, including knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of low voltage systems.

Duties

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage systems including surveillance cameras.
Perform cabling tasks to ensure proper connectivity for various devices.
Collaborate to design customized system solutions that meet company needs.
Conduct regular inspections and servicing of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
Document all service calls and installations accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Provided technical support to office staff and school districts and addressed inquiries in a timely manner.
Conducted regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Are to be able to implement project plans and timelines.
Prepare project reports and present to supervisor.

Requirements

Proven experience in cabling.
Familiarity with Low Voltage systems is highly desirable.
Experience as a service technician or in field service roles is preferred.
Knowledge of installation practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with office.
