Responsibilities:

Perform annual inspections and 100-hour inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
Perform oil changes, compression checks, and routine maintenance
Assemble and install parts and components on aircraft structures
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot piston engine issues (Lycoming / Continental preferred)
Conduct functional tests and system checks
Perform basic avionics troubleshooting, installations, and wiring
Follow technical manuals and specifications to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations
Use various tools and equipment such as sheet metal tools, calipers, and soldering irons
Work on common general aviation aircraft (Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beechcraft, etc.)
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed

Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in general aviation aircraft (piston aircraft required)
Airline, jet-only, or military-only experience is NOT sufficient for this role
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required; IA strongly preferred
Strong experience performing annuals and 100-hour inspections
Experience working with Lycoming and Continental engines preferred
Experience with avionics systems troubleshooting, installation, and basic wiring (preferred)
Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and structural repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
