Job Overview
We are seeking a select amount of skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Refrigeration Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, REFRIGERATION , and mechanical maintenance, with experience in service and repair across various property types. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety. The technician will work on diverse projects, including system installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance, utilizing technical skills such as schematics reading and HVAC design principles. A valid driver’s license is required for field service operations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues.
Install new HVAC systems or components following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting of equipment.
Repair mechanical components including motors, fans, belts, and weld parts when required.
Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs performed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all service operations.
Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, or related mechanical fields.
Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics reading, and equipment repair techniques.
Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance tasks.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
Construction or property maintenance background is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license (PERSON driver preferred) for field service routes.
