We are currently looking for highly skilled individuals to serve as Home Service Technicians for our growing customer base in Eastern Suffolk County and the North Fork of Long Island. In this role you will serve as the public face of our company as you provide expert troubleshooting, service and repairs to our customer's heating, hot water and air conditioning equipment.

Job Responsibilities include:

Assessing customer's equipment and service needs
Troubleshooting and repairing residential Heating, Hot Water and AC equipment
Performing efficiency test
Preparing accurate daily paperwork
Communicating in a personable, approachable and pleasant manner to our customers and Dispatch and Service Management.
Maintaining a neat, organized, company supplied van.
Proper accounting of assigned tools and parts inventory

Job Requirements include:

Valid Driver's License
Passage of pre-employment and random drug testing
Exceptional technical skills as well as strong communication skills
Prior experience servicing Air Conditioning, Oil or Gas Heating equipment.
Willingness to both expand and share your technical and repair knowledge
