Commercial Construction Project Manager

Brien Contracting is a commercial general contractor delivering tenant improvements and ground-up projects across Medical/Wellness, Class-A Office, and hospitality (restaurants &hotels) sectors. We run lean, move fast, and expect our Project Managers to take full ownership of their work—from precon through closeout.

What You’ll Own

Full lifecycle management of commercial construction projects
Client relationships and communication (owners, architects, consultants)
Budget, schedule, and financial performance
Subcontractor buyout, scopes, and contract management
Change events, billing, and cost control
Coordination with Superintendents to keep projects on track
OAC meetings, documentation, and project reporting
Procore management and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

5+ years as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
Recent Procore experience (required)
Strong communicator—clear, direct, and professional
Organized and proactive—you don’t let things slip
Confident managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Solutions-focused mindset (you bring answers, not just problems)
Valid driver’s license

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
