Diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Solve comfort and airflow issues the right way
Educate homeowners on repair vs replacement options
Deliver professional, respectful customer service
Participate in a light, on-call rotation during peak season

What We're Looking For:

2+ years residential HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Strong troubleshooting skills (heat pumps, refrigerant, airflow)
Clean driving record
Professional, customer-friendly attitude and clean-cut
Pride in quality workmanship
