Surge Electrical is growing and looking for a licensed EL01 Commercial Electrician who wants more than just a job.

This is a 1099 independent partner opportunity for someone who wants to run work, close jobs, and share in the profit—not just trade time for hourly pay.

We provide the brand, systems, and leads. You bring the skill, professionalism, and ability to execute and close.

How It Works

We generate or receive inbound leads
You run the call, meet the customer, and scope the job
You sell and manage the project under the Surge Electrical brand
We split the profit on completed work

This is a performance-based model—the more value you create, the more you earn.
