We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic construction team. Duties

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities to ensure timely project delivery
Support the preparation and review of construction estimates, budgets, and contracts using construction estimating software
Help manage project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and contracts, ensuring all files are accurate and up-to-date
Use construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly
Assist in reviewing construction drawings with tools like Civil 3D and Bluebeam for accuracy and compliance with project specifications
Support site visits to monitor construction progress, verify safety protocols, and ensure adherence to plans and schematics

Skills

Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other scheduling tools
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings using Bluebeam or Civil 3D
Experience with construction estimating processes and contract management
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site coordination practices
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Ability to interpret technical documents such as contracts, schematics, and blueprints accurately
Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
