Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes quickly and accurately
Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems with precision and attention to detail
Utilize electrical experience to troubleshoot wiring problems and component failures effectively
Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to guide repairs and ensure proper assembly or disassembly of equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and equipment repairs on-site or in the workshop to uphold appliance performance standards
Assist with the delivery of appliances using box trucks or similar vehicles, ensuring safe handling and proper installation at customer locations
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service visit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
