Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems ensuring efficient operation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on refrigeration units to prevent breakdowns.
Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams to accurately identify issues and implement solutions.
Conduct field service visits for appliance repair, equipment repair, and property maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostic purposes to ensure system integrity.
Maintain detailed service records, logs of repairs performed, parts used, and system performance reports for accountability and future reference.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician specializing in refrigeration, HVAC/R systems or related mechanical fields.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in property maintenance settings.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with equipment repair including welding techniques
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of field service procedures involving appliance repairand maintenance routines.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; strong problem-solving skills are essential. Pay: $20.00 - $32.50 per hour
