Job Overview
We are a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking and strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with management software.

Duties

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
Manage project budgets, perform construction estimating, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide on-site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications
Coordinate project teams, including superintendents, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless collaboration
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are met

Skills

Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in diverse environments
Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost control techniques
Familiarity with construction management software
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize critical tasks
Customer service and communication skills
Desire to learn and grow

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
