Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires hands-on experience with various HVAC/R equipment and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance.

This is a commission based position. We do have an hourly option within the pay structure.

Duties

Maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.
Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts, including compressors, motors, and electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work performed.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various applications.
Utilize welding techniques for repairs or modifications on HVAC systems when necessary.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
Proficiency in appliance repair with a focus on refrigerate systems.
Familiarity with schematics and the ability to interpret technical drawings for system design.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
EPA and RMGA required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
