PLUMBER/CONSTRUCTION HELPER POSITION:
Plumbing and Construction experience helpful in commercial/restaurant service and repair. Job will consist of primarily maintenance work, basic work responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities:

Cut openings in walls and floors for plumbing and building repairs
Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
Framing, Drywall, Painting
Measure, cut, and thread pipes
Candidate must have a clean DMV record and pass drug testing
A certification is a plus, but not required

Duties:

- Assist with various construction tasks under the supervision of skilled workers
- Use power tools and hand tools to perform assigned duties
- Assist with plumbing repairs and installation
- Follow construction plans and schematics
- Perform construction inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Assist with construction repairs and installations
- Operate heavy sewer equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of construction work
- Familiarity with plumbing/construction repairs and installations
- Proficient in using hand tools for various construction tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
