Responsibilities
Assist licensed electricians in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems according to blueprints and schematics. Prepare work sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment such as hand tools and power tools. Help interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting. Support the setup of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in construction environments. Use testing devices like ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and verify circuit integrity. Follow safety protocols aligned with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to prevent accidents on site. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after use.

Requirements
Previous experience working with industrial or commercial electricians is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices is essential. Basic understanding of electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, schematics, and blueprint reading. Ability to operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters and support electrical troubleshooting tasks. Experience working on construction sites with exposure to framing carpentry or similar trades is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions precisely. Reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals in a team environment.
