Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment on construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks necessary for complex plumbing configurations.
Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to site safety protocols.
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project activities during remodeling or new builds.
Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and assemble pipes accurately according to specifications.
Follow all safety guidelines and building codes to ensure compliance during installation and repairs.

Requirements

Valid license as a professional plumber with experience in construction plumbing projects.
Proven construction site experience with knowledge of heavy lifting, scaffolding, and site safety procedures.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems.
Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, pipe threading techniques, and schematic interpretation.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques used in plumbing installation.
Ability to perform remodeling tasks including carpentry-related work when necessary.
Strong communication skills along with basic math abilities for accurate measurements and calculations.

Salary- $35.00-$40.00 per hour
