Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. In this energetic role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure all work aligns with safety standards, client specifications, and budget expectations. Your expertise will drive project success from inception to completion, fostering strong client relationships and delivering top-tier HVAC solutions that enhance building performance and occupant comfort.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of HVAC projects, including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and timelines using construction management software and specialized tools like HeavyBid.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met through effective communication and collaboration.
Manage project scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards such as Civil 3D.
Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Administer contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to keep projects within scope and budget.
Utilize project management tools like ProCore and construction management software for documentation, progress tracking, and reporting.
Conduct regular site visits for progress inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshooting issues proactively.
Facilitate project meetings to align teams on objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables ensuring seamless project coordination.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on HVAC systems or related mechanical trades.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating methods and project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site safety protocols.
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D or equivalent tools for document control and communication.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
Hands-on experience with construction site activities related to HVAC installation or mechanical systems is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications in project management or construction disciplines are a plus; knowledge of Primavera P6 is especially valued. Pay: $62,002.61 - $129,000.00 per year
