Overview
Project Managers are the main point of contact for assigned projects. PMs manage and communicate with the customer on critical aspects of the projects from the time of sale through project completion. PMs are accountable for all activities related to the projects, including design & engineering, drafting, manufacturing, purchasing, and installation to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead customer communication and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate project schedules with internal departments and contractors, ensuring alignment on timelines
Monitor budgets, perform monthly cost-to-complete analysis, and manage project expenditures
Facilitate design reviews, procurement coordination, and long-lead equipment planning
Oversee project execution including manufacturing, installation, and commissioning

Main Requirements:

Strong communication, organization, and customer management skills
Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and complex project deliverables
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SolidWorks
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Competency/Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, operations management, engineering, or related field
At least three years of related experience
PMP and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable
Critical path scheduling & use of gantt charts
Knowledge of sanitary construction requirements

Travel Required:

Approximately 25% Travel is required
