Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure they meet high-quality standards and project specifications. Your expertise will help create durable, aesthetically pleasing structures that stand the test of time. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings, residential properties, utilizing your skills in concrete finishing and related trades.

Duties

Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers to achieve a high-quality surface finish.
Set forms and molds accurately according to blueprints and schematics to guide the concrete pour process.
Operate power tools including concrete mixers, pumps, and vibrating equipment to ensure proper placement and compaction of concrete.
Install rebar and metal reinforcement to strengthen concrete structures in accordance with engineering plans.
Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements, ensuring precise execution of tasks like framing, formwork, and surface detailing.
Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Proficiency in rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete pumping techniques.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
