Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our New Home construction team. In this role, you will be an integral part of various projects, utilizing your carpentry skills, material estimating, and experience to deliver exceptional results. Your hands-on approach, combined with a keen eye for detail and safety, will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects including remodeling, restoration, and new construction, all while honing your craft in a collaborative environment.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute tasks
Perform framing, interior and exterior trim carpentry, Siding, and finishing work with precision
Install cabinetry, doors, siding, roofing and flashing component, and flooring to specifications

Skills

Extensive experience in construction estimating and project planning processes
Proficiency in carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry installation and door hanging
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for accurate project execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
