Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise and high-quality finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of high end residential projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through detailed craftsmanship, ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components with precision.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications accurately.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks on construction sites or in manufacturing environments.
Install fixtures such as shelving, cabinetry, hardware, and other custom woodwork to specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.

Skills

Proficiency in trim carpentry, framing carpentry, cabinetry installation, door hanging, exterior trim, and fixture installation.
Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., saws, chisels) and power tools (e.g., drills, sanders) for precise craftsmanship.
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and experience working in active construction environments.
Capable of working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Pay: $31.00 - $44.00 per hour
