Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician/Carwash Repairman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our carwash facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical components operate safely and efficiently, contributing to a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment used in carwash operations, including high voltage and low voltage circuits.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ammeters and ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to perform maintenance tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical wiring, panels, switches, sensors, and control systems to ensure safety and operational integrity.
Collaborate with construction teams on new installations or upgrades involving electrical systems within the facility.
Document all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities thoroughly for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

Proven industrial or commercial electrician experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or maintenance environments.
Hands-on experience with low voltage and high voltage electrical circuits
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical systems.
Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools like drills and saws.
Ability to operate testing equipment including ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Construction site experience preferred; ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
Knowledge of frame carpentry is a plus for minor structural adjustments during installations or repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail; effective communication abilities are essential for team collaboration. Pay: $78,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
