Production Supervisor – McCordsville, IN

Southwark Metal Manufacturing is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our McCordsville, IN facility. In this role, you’ll lead daily production operations, supervise a skilled team, and help drive efficiency and quality in sheet metal manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

This is a working leadership position- 80% of your time will be on the production floor.

What You’ll Do

Lead and supervise production team members in safe, efficient operations
Schedule and assign work to meet production and delivery goals
Oversee the flow of materials from steel coils to finished products
Monitor production output and communicate performance updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support hands-on production and equipment operation as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience supervising in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of metal fabrication (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and processes
