Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Anodize Laser Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating laser systems to precisely engrave, mark, and customize sheet metal and other materials for anodizing proce

Key Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and optimize laser programs based on engineering drawings and specifications
Set up and operate laser cutting, marking, and engraving machines
Perform first-article inspections to verify accuracy and quality standards
Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Troubleshoot programming or machine issues and implement corrective actions
Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety protocols
Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and process improvements
Train and support production staff on equipment operation and best practices
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Experience with laser programming, CNC programming, or similar manufacturing processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with laser cutting or engraving equipment
Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
Experience with process improvement methodologies

Work Environment:

Manufacturing/production setting
Standing, lifting, and operating machinery required

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
