A1 Roofing Contractors is seeking for a Project Manager responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role bridges field operations, office administration, and client communication. With an opportunity to add commissions to your base salary.

Essential Skills

Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, shingles, coatings, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Leadership and people management.
Time management and multitasking.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

Experience in roofing or construction (3+ years typical).
Prior supervisory or project management experience.
OSHA safety certification is often preferred but not recommended.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination
Review project specifications, blueprints, and contracts.
Schedule crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Provide updates on progress, delays, or issues.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and architects.

Field Oversight
Supervise roofing crews to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Track change orders.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
Maintain permits and inspection requirements.
Be the main point of contact for clients and contractors.
Provide updates on progress, delays, or issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
