We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Concrete Finisher / Form Setter to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher and/or Form Setter
Strong knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations
Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding labor
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Set up and install formwork using carpentry skills, ensuring accurate dimensions according to blueprints and schematics.
Finish concrete surfaces with tools such as trowels, floats, and power tools to achieve smooth, level finishes.
Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during pouring operations.
Install rebar reinforcement in accordance with engineering specifications to strengthen concrete structures.
Read blueprints and schematics to interpret project requirements accurately.
Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed for structural integrity.
Apply finishing techniques including caulking, plastering, stucco application, and tile laying for aesthetic appeal.
Conduct heavy lifting safely while handling materials like concrete bags, form panels, and reinforcement bars.
Assist in renovation or restoration projects by applying specialized skills such as flooring installation or roofing preparation.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a concrete finisher or form setter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Mechanical knowledge of construction tools including hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Skilled in construction estimating and reading blueprints or schematics accurately.
Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and related masonry work.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically fit with stamina for long shifts on construction sites.
Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols.
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site mobility needs.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
