```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise in plumbing techniques and your ability to read blueprints and schematics will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems. ```Duties``` - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Weld and solder pipes and fittings to create watertight seals - Use power tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes - Assemble and install valves, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures - Perform inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with plumbing systems - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering any questions they may have ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role - Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics - Ability to weld and solder pipes - Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing work - Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating pipe lengths - Experience in construction plumbing is preferred - Valid commercial driver's license is a plus - Additional skills such as carpentry or general construction knowledge are beneficial If you are a skilled Plumbing Technician looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.
