Press Brake Operator

Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Type: Full-Time (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: Based on experience

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator for a hands-on fabrication environment. This position requires someone who can independently set up and operate a press brake (Cincinnati or similar).

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate a hydraulic press brake
Select and install tooling (dies and punches)
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
Perform bend calculations (bend allowance / deduction) as needed
Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials
Inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and consistency

Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)

Hands-on experience operating and setting up a press brake is REQUIRED
Experience with manual, hydraulic or Cincinnati press brakes
Must be able to perform full setup independently
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with tooling selection and adjustments
Familiar with bend calculations and sheet metal forming
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)

Candidates with only CNC machining (mills/lathes) or no press brake experience will not be considered

Work Environment

Manufacturing / fabrication shop
Standing for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 lbs
Overtime may be available
