Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic property maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, plumbing, and related mechanical systems across multiple facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for building occupants while supporting the overall efficiency of our property infrastructure. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
Read and interpret HVAC schematics and design plans to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans.
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment safely and effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving drivers preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
