Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. FREE Health Insurance option(s). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning ,refrigeration, furnaces, boilers, ductwork. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Your mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment according to design specifications.
Residential new construction and system change outs a must.
Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance services performed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while working on-site.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements

3 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician with a solid understanding of HVAC/R principles.
Experience with ductwork installation in both Residential and Commercial projects.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and appliance repair is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC system design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
