Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC/R Installer to join our team in a full-time capacity, specializing in commercial and industrial systems. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across various property types. Your expertise will ensure that clients receive reliable, efficient climate control solutions that meet their operational needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize your technical skills, and contribute to creating comfortable, safe environments for our clients.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration setups in commercial and industrial settings
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise installation and maintenance procedures
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and service calls on HVAC/R systems to optimize performance and longevity
Conduct electrical testing using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose system issues accurately
Utilize welding skills for equipment repair or modification when necessary
Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems and refrigeration lines
Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports for each project or service call

Experience

Proven experience as a service technician or installer in HVAC/R or related mechanical fields
Knowledge of construction processes and ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Hands-on experience with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices
Familiarity with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is a plus
Mechanical knowledge of appliances, boilers, pumps, valves, and other related equipment
Field service experience working directly on-site with commercial or industrial clients
Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repair efficiently
Welding certification or experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (including driver requirements)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
