Cincinnati Custom Concrete is a well-established construction company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential concrete projects. We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team and help deliver high-quality results on a wide range of projects.

Position Summary:
We are looking for skilled and motivated concrete finishers with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, roads, and curbs using a variety of hand and power tools
Set forms to hold concrete and ensure alignment, depth, and pitch
Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface
Monitor the effects of weather on concrete and take appropriate measures
Patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints
Follow drawings and project plans
Work safely and comply with company and OSHA safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of concrete finishing experience
Proficient with hand and power finishing tools (e.g., trowels, screeds, floats)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
