Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Crane Operators with Class A CDL's to join team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes and heavy equipment to facilitate the movement of materials on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, equipment operation, and teamwork to ensure efficient project completion.

Duties

Operate cranes and heavy equipment, including Mobile Cranes, AT's, Crawlers, RT's and fixed cab, to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites.
Perform routine inspections and light maintenance on cranes and heavy equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure safety compliance.
Oversee Rigging and Communications with Crane Oilers and Contractors.
Maintain clear communication with ground crew members to execute lifts safely and efficiently.
Document daily operations and report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions.

Requirements

Proven experience in crane operation for at least 8 years.
Class A CDL Endorsement for at least 3 years with knowledge and experience of manual transmissions, 53' heavy trailers with counterweights and a good driving record.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues on-site.
Excellent english communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed throughout the workday and work on machinery moving crews as needed.
Must be able to travel some depending on need.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
