Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working in luxury residential construction, with a strong eye for detail, precision, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform all phases of high-end residential carpentry, including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and custom built-ins
Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to achieve top-quality results
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Uphold the company’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential carpentry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Ability to execute precise finish work to exacting standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
