Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Installation Lead with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for leading installation crews on residential and commercial heating and cooling projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation crews on HVAC projects
Install heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings
Perform sheet metal fabrication and installation
Complete basic electrical work related to HVAC systems
Perform pipe fitting and system connections
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC installation (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic math skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license
EPA Refrigerant Certification

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet when required

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
