Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair issues related to air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation.
Install new HVAC equipment as required.
Utilize all specialty tools required for HVAC diagnostics.
Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site at various properties.

Requirements

3+ years experience as an HVAC Technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
