Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated HVAC Sales Associates and Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our comprehensive products and services. Your enthusiasm for sales combined with technical knowledge will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through proactive outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation.
Manage territory sales by identifying potential clients in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate customers on Renewable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals that meet company objectives while satisfying customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the HVAC or related industries.
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and team coordination.
Excellent business development capabilities with a focus on lead generation and direct sales techniques.
Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for account management and analysis skills.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships.
Ability to perform product demos effectively while upselling additional services or products.
