Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Custom Woodworker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Measure, cut, assemble, and finish custom wood components using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications
Install cabinetry, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other wood-based elements on construction sites or in manufacturing settings
Fabricate custom wood pieces through detailed woodworking techniques such as sanding, staining, finishing, and sealing
Collaborate with project managers, Lead carpenter, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a strong background in custom wood projects
Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, chisels, planes), power tools (drills, sanders), and construction equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Experience with trim carpentry, cabinetry installation and fabrication, wall paneling fabrication, door fabrication, Laying mica or veneer, etc
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces safely
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid experience working on construction/maufacturing sites with adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Skills (A Plus)

Installation: Installer experience is a plus, but NOT required for this position

Proficiency in 2020 Design or AutoCAD.
Experience with CNC or Edge bander machinery.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
