We're growing fast across DuPage County's 340,000+ households and need a driven sales professional to help us expand.

The Role - Two Parts

50% - Customer Appointments (Pre-scheduled leads)

Meet homeowners to assess gutter needs and provide consultative recommendations
Close sales on installations, repairs, guards, and cleaning
Convert leads from Google Ads, Meta advertising, and corporate marketing

50% - Business Development (Self-generated opportunities)

Door-to-door canvassing in target neighborhoods
Build referral partnerships with roofers, landscapers, window companies, contractors
Network with insurance agents, property managers, HOA managers, facility operators
Attend local business events and community gatherings

What You Need

Required:

2+ years of outside sales or customer service. Experience in home improvement or B2C sales experience (roofing, windows, siding, restoration, HVAC strongly preferred)
Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and relationship building
Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders to assess gutters

Bonus:

Existing network in home improvement or real estate
CRM experience
Knowledge of gutter systems or exterior services

Compensation & Growth

Base: Negotiable base
Commission: 4-8% tiered monthly structure
Bonuses:

Close 15-20 jobs from corporate leads

Western Chicago suburbs including Downers Grove, Naperville, Wheaton, Lombard, Lisle, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Oak Brook, and 25+ additional DuPage County communities.

High-value market: Owner-occupied homes, well-maintained properties, homeowners who invest in quality.

Q: Is this 100% commission?
A: No. Negotiable base pay base and commission.

Q: Do I need gutter experience?
A: No, but home improvement sales experience is desired. You can have experience with customer service (hospitality, restaurants, etc.). We'll train you on gutters.

Q: What's the schedule?
A: 45-50 hours/week. Evenings and some Saturdays occasionally (when homeowners are home). Generally Mo-Fr, 8-5.

Q: How much driving?
A: 50-100 miles/day throughout DuPage County. Gas reimbursed.
