Ideal Technician/Mechanic Candidates:

Master, A or B Level Technicians with minimum 3+ years Auto Repair Experience
Strong Diagnostic Experience
Electrical and Engine Repair Experience
Main Line/Heavy Line Experience
Professional Experience in a Dealership or other Secondary or Aftermarket Shop
Any Diesel Diagnostics & Repair Experience is a PLUS(F-250’s, F-350’s, F-450’s, VP & 5500 Cummins Turbo Diesel)
Any Ford Certifications are a HUGE PLUS
Any Diesel Certifications are a PLUS
Any Manufacturer Certifications are Considered
Any ASE Certifications are Considered
Diesel ASE Certifications are a PLUS
Must have own tools
