Job Overview:
We are currently hiring experienced Electrician Apprentices to join our growing team for projects based in Morgan Hill. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with a strong background in electrical work to support two specialized divisions.

Open Positions:

1. Indoor Wiring Crew

Residential indoor wiring for multi-family units
Installation of electrical systems, panels, outlets, and fixtures
Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical plans
Ensuring work meets code and safety standards

2. Underground Crew

Underground conduit installation
Transformer pad setting
Trenching, conduit layout, and coordination with site plans
Working outdoors in various conditions

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in:
Residential indoor wiring and/or
Underground conduit installation
Basic knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have valid driver’s license
Knowledge of low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, NEC standards, and electrical safety protocols is advantageous.
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on multi-family construction projects
Familiarity with underground utility installation processes
