Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator who can step into a fast-paced environment and contribute immediately. This role involves welding, fabrication, and supporting production across a variety of custom and production projects.

Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication prints
Assist with layout, fit-up, and assembly of parts and components
Maintain quality standards across all work
Support general shop operations and production workflow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

Experience welding (TIG experience preferred)
Ability to read and understand shop prints and drawings
Experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience operating fabrication equipment such as:
Press brake
Plasma table
Laser cutting table
Tube bending equipment

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check
Must comply with a drug-free workplace policy
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
