Job Description:
Lyons Plumbing & Construction is hiring a Licensed Commercial Fire Sprinkler Fitter to support our growing workload in commercial and multi-family projects. We’re looking for someone experienced with large-scale systems who can work efficiently, read plans, and keep jobs moving.

What You’ll Do:

Install and modify commercial fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, standpipe, pre-action)
Work on tenant improvements (TI), new construction, and retrofits
Read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic calculations, and shop drawings
Coordinate with GCs, foremen, and other trades on active job sites
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and inspections
Ensure all work meets NFPA standards and local code requirements

Requirements:

Active Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification (Required)
3+ years of commercial sprinkler experience
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and commercial system layouts
Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required):

Backflow certification
Experience leading small crews or running jobs
