Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel to residential homes daily as scheduled
Conduct consultations with customers to assess their comfort needs efficiently and respectfully
Install new heating, cooling, ventilation, and mini-split systems
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork and fittings for HVAC systems
Measure, cut, and bend sheet metal according to specifications and job site requirements
Ensure proper airflow, fit, and seal on all duct connections
Perform performance tests using specialized tools and equipment
Use field management software to complete paperless invoicing and documentation
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment
Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment, materials, and HVAC resources

Requirements:

3–4 years of HVAC installation experience required
Sheet metal experience required
Experience with heat pump installation preferred
Diagnostic/service experience a plus
Must have basic hand tools, sheet metal tools, and a volt meter
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable and trustworthy
Friendly, respectful, and professional on every job site
Strong customer service and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Knowledge of various HVAC equipment brands
Able to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to take direction from the lead installer
Willingness to learn and use our digital field management system
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
