We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have strong HVAC experience and enjoy solving problems, working independently, and keeping systems running efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Repair, maintain, and replace heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed
Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
Estimate the time and scope of repairs
Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies
Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary
Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

HVAC/EPA Certification (Required)
Valid Illinois Driver’s License, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
At least 3 years of maintenance experience
Ability to read HVAC wiring diagrams
Experience using maintenance tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle a physically active workload
Detail-oriented with good time management

Candidates must successfully pass a reference check and background check.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8-hour shifts
On-call rotation
Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
