We are seeking a skilled Renovation Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive renovation projects such as pool upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, technical expertise in various trades, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects that elevate outdoor living environments.

Custom measure vinyl liner
Follow liner schedule
3 liner installs per week
Prepare inside of pool per standard procedure
Drain pool/Remove liner/Clean out debris
Replace white goods faceplates (skimmers, drains, returns, and hydro fittings)
Clean pool walls/tracking of any debris
Up to 1 gallon of algae treatment to pool floor
Liner lock all tight radiuses and corners to prevent liner drops
Replace foam on vinyl steps if applicable
Bag up liner and bring to front of the house for your refuse
Document entire process with pictures of every single phase of removal and install
Complete liner installer checklist

Proven construction site experience with a strong background in renovation or remodeling projects
Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for various trades
Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape work
Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is advantageous
Skilled in operating power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety protocols
